Case Sealers
Case Sealers are used to seal the bottom and/or top of corrugated boxes with pressure sensitive tape providing secure sealing for the products within. They offer gap-free, tight top flap tape sealing. The operator closes the bottom flaps of the box, loads the box at the entrance of the case sealer, then pushes the box into the case sealer. The case sealer then automatically applies tape for the closure.
These machines are fully adjustable for a wide range of box sizes as they are equipped with adjusting hand cranks which are located on either side of the machine for operator convenience and comfort. Case Sealers are durable, easy to use and virtually maintenance free.
Stretch Wrappers
Improve efficiency and streamline operations with Robopac USA’s Rotoplat low-profile turntable stretch wrapper.
This flexible pallet wrapping solution allows the operator to access the turntable from every side, making it easy to load the machine using a hand pallet truck via ramps or a forklift truck.
Carton Erectors
Case erectors are a straightforward and dependable type of case forming equipment. They guarantee minimal maintenance and user-friendly operation.
Suitable for various products and sizes, they effectively present cases in an upright position for packing, contributing to improved time efficiency and reduced packaging costs. Our inventory includes a broad selection of semi-automatic and automatic case erectors from reputable brands such as Bestpack, Impak, Berran & Highlight.
Semi-Automatic L Bar Sealers
L Bar Sealers create a protective covering using centerfolded shrink film, cutting and sealing to various dimensions. They feature a film separator, twin perforating hole punchers on the film roller, and a film guide for straightforward operation.
An L Sealer is used to establish the seal time and heat, place a product between layers of shrink film, and then press down on the sealing bar. The seal wire secures the edges and cuts the film to form a bag. After completing the seal, the package is removed from the sealed area. Most L Sealers come with a conveyor that enables the sealed product to move to the shrink tunnel for further processing. L Sealers are well-suited for efficient and straightforward shrink packaging and are offered in various sizes based on specific needs.
