Emplex Continuous Band Sealers MPS 7100 Series are up to 900 grams/ 2 pounds in weight without the use of a conveyor (based on an 8” / 203 mm wide bag, 2 mil / 50 microns thick). These Sealers can seal bags up to 12 mils / 300 microns in thickness at production rates (6 mil / 150 microns maximum when gusseted).These band sealers are suitable for all production environments.
