Economy-Shrink Servo Powered Sleeving and Neck Banding
Sleeve application is done directly with servo motors and without suction cups. Once the container is present and beneath the mandrel the sleeve material is driven down around the container and is only cut once the majority of the sleeve is on the container. Coloured print registered (photo registration) and clear materials can be run on the same machine.
Inherently well designed machinery including oversized supports, stainless steel panels, safety guarding, and compact footprint. This shrink labeller takes up half the space of others in its class.

Automatic Motorized Band Unwinder, operates using a low-level sensor which detects when the band unwind should feed band to alleviate web tension. This allows the machine to run at higher speeds.

Starwheel Gating with Motorized Band Unwinder
The use of a motorized star wheel indexing system is required when a high speed is required. This system allows for better product stability during indexing and sleeve application. With the dedicated star wheel, we are able to handle a variety of different content sizes and shapes at high speeds.
