- Dynamic Printhead Refresh Station – Eliminate direct contact with MEK or Acetone. Captive printhead cleaning station will run refresh cycle automatically when printhead is inserted. Pressurized air will dry the printhead. Process will take approx. 5 minutes.
- 10″ Ultra Clear User Interface – Click & drop functions with built-in video tutorials for routine tasks. Warnings identify but do not prevent activities

With its unique IQPRINT, LEIBINGER has entirely reimagined inkjet technology. The exceptionally robust, reliable system always ensures the best print quality, short start-up times without the need for cleaning, and maximum availability in day-to-day operation. When not in use, IQPRINT automatically seals the entire ink system 100% airtight and allows the ink to continue circulating. This prevents the ink from drying and the typical clogging that would otherwise occur. When the IQJET is switched on, it gets back to work immediately.
Intuitive operation and with simple system integrations
With convenience and speed, SMART OS has changed operations. With configurable settings at your fingertips, our 10.1″ touchscreen display makes all necessary modifications simple. Key status updates are displayed in colour and are easily readable by the IQJET, which also offers interactive, step-by-step instructions that make activities simple enough for anyone to start working on without any prior experience. The IQJET is extremely simple to incorporate into your production line.
Simplified Operation with Intuitive System Integration
The IQJET’s unique Eco-Mode feature automatically seals the ink circuit when not in use. This prevents any solvent consumption. It also condenses evaporated solvent and returns it to the system, which leads to up to 50% lower consumption and emissions. The IQJET is also incredibly energy efficient, consuming only 36 watts on average.
The new cartridge system has an additional benefit: the XXL cartridges lengthen reserve runtimes and enable a significant quantity of printing before needing to be refilled. The exchange is seamless, swift, and safe and ink usage is economical as the cartridges run to the very last drop. The cartridges can be easily disposed of in the residuals, saving money. With all of functionality and high availability, the IQJET is the best printing device available.

Strict quality control procedures and the use of robust, long-lasting parts—the majority of which are produced in LEIBINGER’s own facilities in Germany—are the reasons for the IQJET’s exceptional quality and dependability.
