Emplex Continuous Band Sealers MPS 6100 Series are designed with features like; a unique Teflon band tensioner, tool-less access to the seal section, removable sealing sections, the ability to easily add options to the machine in the field, customizable stands, and much more. They are stand alone bag sealers capable of sealing bags up to 2 pounds in weight (on an 8” wide bag, 2 mil bag) without the use of a conveyor. These Sealers can seal bags up to 6 mil in thickness at production rates. These band sealers are suitable for all production environments.
