Delta-Shrink Servo Powered Shrink Labelling
The Delta Shrink Labeller uses a rugged servo motor to control the Sleeve length. Meaning that the sleeves can be virtually any length. Simply select and program in the length required. Or, elect to have a photo registration sensor know where to cut automatically.
In comparison to our ECO model, the Delta shrink sleeving machine allows for larger products. It also allows for sleeving of multipack such as dual and tripacks of bottles to create bundles of multiple bottles.

Starwheel Gating with Motorized Band Unwinder
The use of a motorized star wheel indexing system is required when a high speed is required. This system allows for better product stability during indexing and sleeve application. With the dedicated star wheel, we are able to handle a variety of different content sizes and shapes at high speeds.
