The SMIPack FW550 Flow Wrapper has a Maximum Production Rate of 200 Products Per Minute

The new FW series of automatic packaging machines with flow pack system, designed according to the Industry 4.0 and IoT (Internet of Things) technology platforms, is the family of machines that completes the SMIPACK range. The version with rotary bar sealing system consists of 7 models (five with high reel, three of which are dedicated to the entry-level sector, and two with low reel) and packages a wide range of products with irregular shapes and small dimensions that arrive at the machine in bulk (single doses) or already grouped (multipack); The products are packaged in packages made of a simple flexible material or coupled with a maximum production rate of 200 products/minute (depending on the model chosen). The sealing and film bending systems, combined with the dynamic and adjustable conformer, make process control on the FW models versatile and fast.
