BVS-914 & BVS-1418 — Shrink Wrap Multipacks of Bottles, Cans & Jars in the Upright Position

Request a Quote →The Texwrap BVS Series are continuous motion box-motion vertical wrappers that shrink wrap multipacks of bottles, cans, jars, and canisters in the upright position — directly as they exit upstream filling or labelling equipment. Available in two models, the BVS-914 and BVS-1418, both are capable of up to 70 packs per minute.
The key advantage is orientation. Most side seal wrappers require products to be laid flat before wrapping — adding a boot, extra conveyor space, and manual labour to the line. The BVS Series eliminates all of that by accepting product vertically and wrapping it in place. There is no collating boot required, and no need to reorient multipacks before or after sealing. The result is a cleaner line, less floor space, and significantly reduced labour cost for operations packing bottles, cans, or jars directly off a filler.
Where competing vertical wrappers rely on a bottom lap seal — which can fail under load and creates an unsightly seam on the face of the package — the BVS Series uses Texwrap's patented Versa Seal (TVS) technology to produce a full, secure bottom trim seal. The seal is both stronger and cleaner, with no lap overlap visible on the finished package.
For retail applications, the BVS can also be paired with Texwrap's Automatic Label Positioning System (Orientor), which ensures that every label in a multipack faces precisely the same direction — a critical detail for retail shelf presentation. In applications where the boot previously concealed bar codes, printed film or a label can now be used instead to identify the multipack clearly.
